7-foot-5 center Cherif Millogo , one of the top big men in the country, has committed to Kentucky , a source told Rivals.
The towering big man took an official visit to UK in October, and recently wrapped up trips to USC and BYU. He also received offers from schools like Texas, Creighton, Arkansas, and more.
Millogo, who is originally from West Africa but now plays for St. Francis in La Cañada Flintridge, CA is ranked as the No. 11 overall recruit and the No. 2 center in the 2027 class, according to Rivals' Top-150 Player Rankings .
He becomes Kentucky's second commitment in the 2027 class, joining four-star shooting guard Ryan Hampton (No. 23 nationally).
Millogo averaged 26 points, 13 rebounds, and five blocks per game last season for St. Francis.
He previously attended Cambridge ATS in Massachusetts but did not participate in the 2024-25 season after suffering a torn ACL.
"My favorite player is Kevin Durant…I started to play basketball because of him," Millogo told Rivals in a previous interview. "I see him play and I just love basketball now … I'm trying to play more inside, outside, everything."
