Allan made his Manchester City debut on Thursday as he started in their 5-0 victory over Norwich City in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The 22-year-old winger made a £32million move from Palmeiras on 31 August, and was an unused substitute against both Porto and Manchester United .

However, on Thursday, Enzo Maresca gave him a chance to showcase his abilities, and the youngster no doubt took it.
Allan netted City's third against the Championship outfit, and also picked up an assist in a stunning performance.
As a result, the attacker's stats are also incredible, as he showed the Etihad faithful why so much money was spent on him in the summer transfer window.
Now, his display indicates that Man City have uncovered yet another gem from Brazil as they look to build a team for the future.
How good was Allan vs Norwich City?
Allan no doubt had an excellent game against Norwich City.

According to Fotmob on 18 September, he completed 80 per cent of his passes, created one chance, one big chance, had a 0.52 xA, had one shot, which was on target, had a 0.07 xG, completed two of his four attempted dribbles and completed all three of his attempted long balls.
While it must be taken into account that the winger was only up against a Championship outfit, it was still a highly impressive performance against a side who could be in the Premier League next season.
Therefore, based on this performance, it would appear that City have uncovered yet another gem.
Hopefully, Allan will now be given even more opportunities in the first-team to showcase his talents.

Floyd Samba's in-depth stats show why Man City genuinely have a real star on their hands Could Allan start vs Sunderland ?
Given his recent performance, there is every chance that Allan may be rewarded with another start against Sunderland on the weekend.
City will be heavy favourites for the Premier League clash, especially given that they are hosting the fixture.
It would be a huge show of faith from Maresca and could instil even more confidence in the attacker.
However, it remains to be seen who Man City will elect to start against the Black Cats as they look to continue their winning start to the new campaign.
