The Danish midfielder's move to Spain is expected to be completed shortly, pending a medical.
For a while, it looked as though the youngster was heading to Lazio , but the Italian club were unable to reach an agreement with Bayern.
Asp Jensen scored nine goals and provided six assists in 40 games for Grasshoppers last season. He has never made an appearance for Bayern's senior team.
