Brendon Little had a 24.55 ERA this season with the Toronto Blue Jays before they sent him down to Triple-A Buffalo.
He had some things to work on, clearly.
Has he fixed his problems?
The early returns aren't as promising as you'd want from the left-handed reliever.
Little's issue, beyond getting hit hard, was throwing strikes. He couldn't do it, and that created traffic on the basepaths at a level that he couldn't mitigate.

That hasn't gotten better.
Little has walked 17 Triple-A hitters in 15.2 innings. In his last 8.2 innings, it's gotten worse, as that's a span in which he's walked 13 guys.
The Blue Jays have continued to struggle more than hoped for this season, and so maybe eventually they give Little another shot just to see if there's a jolt to be given by the southpaw.
But as long as he's missing the zone, it'll be tough for him to succeed at any level. The Blue Jays need stability, and that's not what Little has working for him at the moment.
