The UCLA Bruins took on the Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday. The game was played at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. However, despite it being a weekend game, the crowd at the stadium became a topic of discussion online.
In a video shared on social media, we see Rose Bowl Stadium and pregame activities taking place on the field. However, the seats looked empty, making it seem like just a few people attended the game. According to Nevada Sports Net
, 24,611 fans attended the 90,000-capacity Stadium for Saturday's game.
Fans on social media shared their thoughts on the attendance at Rose Bowl Stadium. Some also claimed that UCLA coach Bob Chesney might be replaced after just one season.
"Bob Chesney is not staying at UCLA," one fan commented.

UCLA fans who attended the game witnessed Bob Chesney and his team retain their undefeated status. The Bruins secured a 27-0 victory to improve to an 8-0 record. Quarterback Ty Dieffenbach completed 16-of-30 passes for 178 yards and two total TDs.
This win comes after last week's 28-10 victory over the Michigan State Spartans. Bob Chesney was hired in Dec. 2025 after the team fired DeShaun Foster just three games into the 2025 season. Tim Skipper served as interim coach, and the program finished 3-9 (3-6 Big Ten).
Bob Chesney shares his thoughts after UCLA's 27-0 victory over Nevada
In the postgame press conference, Bob Chesney praised his players for the shutout win over the Nevada Wolf Pack. He also highlighted how the Bruins remain undefeated, making a strong case as playoff contenders.
"8-0, obviously. Shut out things that we needed to be able to do," Chesney said. "Some really good defensive plays that showed up in there. And just a lot to be desired at moments on the offensive side. But I thought, overall, to get yourself to 8-0 is a big deal. And to shut a team out at any level is a big deal.
"Wins are not the easiest thing to come by. I like where we're at. There's a whole lot more we've got to continue to step up. These next four games are going to be very physical. And what we put out there at moments isn't going to work. We understand that, and we'll be right back to the drawing board."
The UCLA Bruins next face the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Nov. 7.
