The Denver Broncos (13-3) control their seeding fate going into the final week of the NFL's regular season.
The Broncos have already clinched an AFC West title , and if they defeat the Los Angeles Chargers (11-5) in Week 18, Denver will also clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs. Already dealing with a host of injuries, L.A. might opt to rest starters in that game, and the Broncos are considered clear favorites .
Even if Denver trips up against the Chargers, the Broncos could still secure the top seed in the conference if the New England Patriots (13-3) lose and the and Jacksonville Jaguars (12-4) lose or tie in Week 18.
