After news officially broke that Jason would be joining the ESPN desk, he threw a light-hearted jab at his brother, noting that he was, in fact, the "better twin."
Jason McCourty joins 'Monday Night Countdown' for 2026 season
On Monday morning, ESPN announced that Jason would be joining the network's "Monday Night Countdown" desk this season. This means both Devin and Jason will have primetime broadcast positions during the 2026 NFL season.
In 2023, Devin joined NBC's "Football Night in America" show as an analyst. That program airs every Sunday before Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth handle the "Sunday Night Football" duties.

Just 24 hours later, Jason will take to the airwaves as ESPN hosts "Monday Night Countdown" before Joe Buck and Troy Aikman announce the "Monday Night Football" game.
Like any set of twins, there is a friendly rivalry between the duo, and it was rekindled with Devin and Jason now both on TV.
"The most important thing to me is everyone watches [Devin] on Sunday, then watch on Monday to see the better twin," Jason tweeted.
