The Cleveland Browns have their new head coach in one of the NFL's better offensive minds, veteran coach Todd Monken . He's been a great offensive coach; only time will tell whether he can be successful running the entire show, but he should be able to improve the offense at a minimum.
The Browns are going to need to give the offensive side of the roster a makeover, and that's exactly what this mock draft would do: give Monken the tools he needs to have a good offense in 2026.
Round 1, Pick 6: Francis Mauigoa, RT, Miami (FL)
Francis Mauigoa isn't someone you can just bull‑rush and run through. His combination of raw power and play strength allows him to absorb force, anchor against power rushers, and displace defenders in the run game. His hands are heavy and violent, delivering a jolt that disrupts a rusher's momentum and often wipes out their initial plan. Very few power rushers are going to beat him with any kind of consistency.
Round 1, Pick 24: KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M
The Browns need playmakers who create explosive plays in the passing game, and that is exactly who KC Concepcion is. Todd Monken showed you what he can do with an explosive playmaker in the open field with Zay Flowers with the Ravens, and Concepcion can do a lot of the same things Flowers does. He is also a good punt returner who can set you up with good field position, which is another plus of drafting him.
Round 2, Pick 39: Emmanuel Pregnon, LG, Oregon
There are some similarities when comparing Emmanuel Pregnon and Francis Mauigoa in terms of play strength and their ability to be people movers in the run game. He's got good length and has that mauler mentality that made fans love Wyatt Teller in his prime. He's not an elite athelte but he is overall a decent athlete who can climb to the second level to create rushing lanes.
Round 3, Pick 70: Chris Brazzell II, WR, Tennessee
Chris Brazzell isn't the same old Tennessee wide receiver who only knows how to run a couple of routes; he is a much more well-rounded player. He has a rare blend of speed and size at 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds. Brazzell is an explosive athlete who tracks the ball well in the air and has the body control to make big plays downfield.

49ers Receive: Round 4, Pick 107
-
Browns Receive: Round 4, Pick 127. 2027 Fourth Round Pick
There has been a lot of talk about how this year's class is on the weaker side, so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Andrew Berry trades down at some point and adds to his picks for next year.
Round 4, Pick 127: Jadon Canady, CB, Oregon
The Browns need a slot corner, and Jadon Canady would be able to fill that role, but he also has the versatility to play deep safety as well as outside corner if you need him to. He's physical in coverage, even though he is undersized, and has a high football IQ that allows him to diagnose and recognize plays quickly and react quickly. He's got good ball skills and the length to break up passes.
Round 5, Pick 139: Dae'Quan Wright, TE, Ole Miss
The Ravens had a lot of success using athletic tight ends with Todd Monken, and adding someone like Wright on day three of the draft would make a ton of sense to pair with Harold Fannin Jr. He has the size to be a decent in-line blocker, but he really needs to improve his technique. Wright would be another weapon to help the offense get more explosive in 2026.
Round 5, Pick 144: Cole Brevard, DT, Texas
The Browns also need more depth at nose tackle to stop the run up the middle, and the massive Cole Brevard fits the bill. At nearly 350 pounds, he is a space eater who absorbs double teams and clogs the inside run game up the middle. He doesn't have a ton of pass-rush upside, but should find a role in short-yardage and goal-line situations to shut down the run game.
Round 5, Pick 147: Trey Zuhn III, LT, Texas A&M
Trey Zuhn is a three-year starter at left tackle for the Aggies, who also logged over 100 snaps at center this year. He has good short-area quickness and overall mobility. He doesn't have any elite caliber physical traits and tools but he has refined technqiue, is a smart player, and a high motor.
