The Buffalo Bills made an important decision this week ahead of the start of the 2026 NFL season.
The Buffalo Bills are in decision mode with the start of the 2026 NFL season just weeks away.
And they made a key decision this week.
According to a report from ESPN, the Bills have made a decision on a key position battle.
ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg reported on Tuesday afternoon that Buffalo has named Alec Anderson as the team's starting left guard.
Anderson beat out Austin Corbett for the job.
Anderson is a former undrafted free agent who is entering his fifth season with the Bills. He's started six games for Buffalo over the last two seasons.
Interestingly, the report from ESPN came just hours after Bills head coach Joe Brady suggested that the team wasn't in a rush to name a winner of the starting left guard competition.
I guess that's an early lesson to Bills fans that Brady is a master in coach speak.
