With the Chicago Bulls focusing on the offseason, the franchise made a big announcement regarding its front office. Reports indicate that the club is hiring a former executive from the Atlanta Hawks to become the new leader of the front office.
Bryson Graham, who is 39 years old, is being hired by the Bulls as the Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations , according to Shams Charania of ESPN. Graham has seemingly excelled throughout his career in the NBA and is now leading the charge in Chicago.
“Just in: The Chicago Bulls are hiring Atlanta Hawks senior vice president Bryson Graham as the franchise’s new Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, sources tell ESPN,” reported Charania. “Graham spent 15 years in New Orleans before joining Atlanta last offseason, rising from an intern to GM, and now becomes the Bulls’ top executive.”
Graham got his foot in the door 12 years ago after being hired as an intern by the New Orleans Pelicans . He worked his way up the ladder over the years and was named as the club’s general manager in 2024. Graham left the Pelicans the following year for the Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations role for the Hawks .
He now finds himself as the Bulls’ Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, and is seemingly running the show for the franchise in the front office. This hire comes at a crucial time, as Chicago is in the mix for a top 10 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft Lottery.
Bryson Graham steps into his new role with the Bulls after the organization missed the NBA Playoffs for the fourth straight year. Maybe a strong offseason can right the ship for the 2026-27 campaign.
