Former Michigan State center Carson Cooper wrapped up his NBA Summer League time with a third straight strong showing.
Cooper and the Memphis Grizzlies wrapped up their time at the Salt Lake City Summer League on Tuesday with a loss to the Atlanta Hawks . That result isn't noteworthy, though, because it was Cooper again who put up a solid performance for the Grizzlies.

Cooper finished the game with 12 points and five rebounds across 18 minutes in his third and final summer league game. In total, he averaged 11 points and 5.3 rebounds per game during the short three-game session.
Cooper went unselected in this year's NBA Draft but quickly found a landing spot with the Grizzlies following the draft. He signed a two-way deal with the Grizzlies that'll allow him to also play for their G-League affiliate, the Memphis Hustle.
It'll be interesting to see from here how things shake out for Cooper. It's clear he has proven he can play at a high-level through this summer league session so I wouldn't be surprised if we see him experience success in the NBA G League or even NBA in the near future.
