Although Montréal have struggled in MLS play, they can still salvage the season by winning the Canadian Championship.

Now, Montréal are one victory away from winning the club's first Canadian Championship since 2021.
Can Owusu, who has 15g/5a in MLS this season, and Chilean legend Alexis Sánchez lead the club to glory?

A perennial contender in the Canadian Premier League, Forge FC are in their second-ever Canadian Championship final.
They also reached the 2020 final and lost to Toronto FC , 5-4 on penalties, after a 1-1 draw. That match was delayed until 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In early October, club legend Kyle Bekker announced his retirement from professional soccer. He spent four seasons in MLS (2013-16), spanning FC Dallas , Montréal and Toronto.
