Here is the latest update on Conner's status:
Chamarri Conner status update
A lingering knee injury held Conner out of Kansas City's first three games of the 2026 NFL regular season. However, Conner managed to be a full participant in all of the Chiefs' practice sessions in Week 4 ahead of Kansas City's AFC West showdown with the Raiders.
How long will Chamarri Conner be out?
Kansas City did not assign Conner an official game status designation for Week 4, so fans shouldn't expect the former Virginia Tech Hokie to miss any more time due to his injury.
Chiefs DB depth chart
If Conner aggravates his knee injury in Week 4, defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo will expect defensive backs Xavier Nwankpa and Jaden Hicks to fill the veteran's spot in the Chiefs' secondary.
