Thank God for Dawn Staley and our women's basketball program!!!
It was once Johnson and Johnson now it's Edwards and Edwards
@staley05 this might be your most loaded team ever literally
Jordan was balling!!! She looks really happy, and I love that for her!
Staley was critical of her team's performance even though it was an exhibition game and despite their commanding win. She said that there were some things that she liked, but there were also some things that she didn't.
"These type of games and playing this early in the season, it will expose you to some things, and some things that you can correct. Obviously, there (were) too many offensive rebounds. Too many live ball turnovers. But this team is still trying to figure out who they are, what their identity is," Staley said .
Overall, Staley saw a lot of positives from her team's outing. She continued to praise Joyce Edwards for being aggressive, Johnson for continuing to play her game and Justine Loubens for being solid. She also praised star freshman signing Oliviyah Edwards.
