The 25-year-old has yet to play a professional snap; however, he proved that he had the chops to play at the next level in the team's final preseason game in late August.
In the team's final preseason game, Desrosiers rushed for 118 yards on nine carries and scored one touchdown.
Overall, Desrosiers rushed for 166 yards on 23 carries. After failing to make the 53-man roster, the Chargers signed him to the practice squad. He spent nearly two months there before the Giants signed him.
