After impressing with the Westchester Knicks of the G-League, the Charlotte Hornets brought Damion Baugh in on a two-way contract in February of the 2024-25 season. With less than two months remaining in the season, Baugh, a former undrafted guard out of TCU, had limited opportunities to showcase his skills. In 15 games with the franchise, Baugh averaged 7.3 points, 3.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds and one steal in 24.7 minutes per game while shooting 32.3% from the field and 21.4% from beyond the arc.
Following his stint in Charlotte, Baugh joined the Valley Suns, the G-League affiliate of the Phoenix Suns before pursuing a career overseas. At 26 years old, Baugh now plays for Baskonia in Spain.
