I love the chaotic college football season so far. It has been fun to watch teams lose games they shouldn't and to see underdogs rise to the occasion. Eventually, I hope Husker football will be capable of creating chaos in the near future. This season has shown improvements in that department – the Huskers have been close to that breakthrough upset win.
I feel obligated to say something about the Husker volleyball team too. Except, I'm running out of ways to describe their dominance. They make the game look so effortless. When I flip to a college volleyball game that doesn't involve the Huskers, I find myself nitpicking those teams. "They should have had that dig" or "They look a tick slow."
I guess we are spoiled with the excellence DBK's team is showing on the court.
Last, but not least, we are almost to basketball season. Are you excited to see if the Husker women can qualify for their fourth NCAA tournament in a row? And if the men can pick up where they left off?
Count me among those who will be watching closely.

All is right again. Or is it? After a meltdown and a reboot on my part, I'm back to where I was pre-Indiana. Thank goodness reality slapped me in the face and woke me up. Then week 8 happened and Nebraska lost the bye week. The results only further reinforced my reset.
