With the Dallas Cowboys ' decision to sign veteran Von Miller for next season, there is no denying that there are a myriad of opinions about the news from the sports world. As the Cowboys' move for Miller has led to reactions, former player DeMarcus Ware would give his thoughts on the matter.
Speaking to Todd Archer of ESPN, Ware explained the impact that Miller can have on the other pass-rushers on Dallas like Donovan Ezeiruaku , Malachi Lawrence, and others.
"You got a lot of guys that come in, older guys that come in, former guys like me, and they can teach, but it's different when you got somebody sitting in the seat with you that's going to get padded up with you, learning the same things as you and performing. Those guys, they looked up to you their whole careers, but now I get to play with him? It's a totally different mindset that the boys are going to have now," Ware said.

Ware has witnessed Miller's play more closely than most, as they were teammates on the Denver Broncos from 2014 to 2016, and with the ex-player's time on the Cowboys from 2005 to 2013, he would post a screenshot of him and his former teammate FaceTiming.
DeMarcus Ware on the opportunity of Von Miller being on the Cowboys
There's no denying that it's a special moment for Ware to see Miller sign with the Cowboys, as the retired star said that when they were both in Denver, Miller expressed that "it would be so cool" to play for Dallas. The two-time Super Bowl champion in Miller has been one of the most productive pass-rushers in recent memory, as he and Ware are tied for the ninth most sacks ever with 138.5
The likelihood that the 37-year-old passes him in a Cowboys uniform is fitting.
"I don't think the Dallas Cowboys know how big of an opportunity this is for them, but not just them, for Von, too," Ware said.
At any rate, it remains to be seen how Miller plays for Dallas, as Week 1 is on Sept. 13 against the New York Giants .
