According to journalist Florian Plettenberg , Dani Olmo has no intention of leaving Barcelona, with sources close to the midfielder confirming that he is happy at the Catalan club despite reported interest from Bayern Munich .
A January departure is currently ruled out, while the Bundesliga champions are also not actively working on a deal for the Spain international.
Despite speculation linking him with a return to the Bundesliga, Olmo remains committed to his future at Barcelona.

Olmo has been admired by the Bavarian giants ever since his time with RB Leipzig. His technical quality and versatility make him an attractive profile, but reported interest has not translated into concrete transfer activity.
The latest information suggests there is currently no deal being pursued by Bayern. There are no active negotiations over a move, and a transfer during the January window is not on the agenda.
Olmo's long-term contract provides further stability amid the transfer rumours. The Spain international is tied to Barcelona until 2030, leaving the club in a strong position and removing any immediate contractual pressure to consider a sale.
Since returning to Barcelona in 2024, Olmo has been part of Hansi Flick's plans, offering creativity and flexibility in attacking areas.

He can operate centrally as an attacking midfielder or provide options in wider positions or even as a false nine, making him a useful asset for the team.
For now, neither a potential January departure nor a move to Bayern Munich appears to be on the cards.
Olmo's stated happiness at Barcelona, combined with his long-term contract, points towards continuity rather than an imminent change of club.
Having suffered an injury during the recent game against PSG , in what his 100th game for the club, the 28-year-old Spaniard will be focused on recovering at the earliest possible.
