The Nets announced on Sunday that they have requested waivers on guard Dion Brown and center Dain Dainja as they continue to navigate their way through the preseason. Dainja had been on the roster since camp began as he was one of the players that was fighting for a roster spot while Brown was recently added to the roster via an Exhibit 10 deal, but it seems that the Nets quickly changed their minds on that.
