The Atlanta Falcons are in the middle of training camp as new head coach Kevin Stefanski gets his team prepared for the upcoming season. Some injuries have popped up through August. Stefanski was able to share updates for three players on the roster on Wednesday.
While talking with media members, the 44-year-old head coach claimed that edge rusher Bralen Trice , defensive tackle Da'Shawn Hand, and cornerback Avieon Terrell are all progressing through injury rehab , according to Daniel Flick of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. It's said that neither player is dealing with a long-term injury.
"Kevin Stefanski said Bralen Trice, Da'Shawn Hand, and Avieon Terrell are 'all working through various levels of their rehab, but all are getting better.' None have long-term issues," Flick reported.

Trice has yet to make his NFL debut after being drafted in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft. A torn left ACL forced him to miss the entire 2024-25 campaign, and he re-aggravated the injury again at training camp last year, forcing him to miss the entirety of last season. The Falcons are taking things slow with Trice to ensure he does not experience another serious injury.
Hand is working his way back from an undisclosed injury. While it's not known exactly what the 30-year-old defensive lineman is dealing with, it's considered a minor injury, and he is expected to return well before the start of the new campaign.
Terrell also suffered an unknown injury during the Falcons ' training camp. Similar to Hand, the club's second-round pick of the 2026 NFL Draft is not expected to miss time due to the injury.
