Camon, a 6-foot-3, 245-pounder, led FAMU in sacks in 2025 with four as a redshirt sophomore. The Tampa native added 19 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and three pass breakups while the Rattlers finished 5-7 under now-dismissed head coach James Colzie III , who went 12-12 in two seasons.

The 2025 season was FAMU's first losing season since 2017 .
Camon transferred to FAMU from Pitt before the 2024 season, Colzie's first year at the helm.
Returning to FAMU out of the transfer portal joins Camon with defensive end James Gardner Jr. and defensive back Justin Bostic , who opted to return to The Highest of Seven Hills on Monday, Jan. 5.
