The Sunday slate of Week 7 NFL games is upon us and that means it's time to take a look at some fantasy football start or sit advice for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Christian Kirk , New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Makai Lemon , who plays on Monday night.
Kirk had missed the first six games of the season due to a calf injury, but he was activated off injured reserve on Saturday and is expected to play on Sunday.
Skattebo is coming off a game in which he basically got benched. He did see six snaps, but the Giants running back did not record a touch.
Lemon has not lived up to his first-round billing so far this season, with the Eagles first-round pick not posting more than 43 yards in a game while also failing to find the end zone.

But the door is open for all three to produce for fantasy owners in Week 7. Here's why and what we're doing with them in fantasy football lineups.
Christian Kirk start or sit advice

The 49ers room has been ravaged by injuries this season.
This week, San Francisco won't have the services of Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel, both of whom have been ruled out due to injury.
That leaves Kirk as one of the few left standing in the 49ers' wide receivers room and he should have a prominent role right out of the gate in his first game back as a result.

This is also a favorable matchup against a Falcons defense that is giving up the 10th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season, according to CBS Sports .
The shaky part here is that it's Kirk's first game back, so it's hard to know what to expect. But if you're in desperate need of help at wide receiver, Kirk is a viable starting option.
Verdict: Start
Cam Skattebo start or sit advice

According to ESPN's Ian Rapoport , Skattebo is expected to resume his lead-back duties in Week 7 after being punished last week.
"It is unclear who the Giants will start Sunday against the Texans, according to sources, but Skattebo should figure prominently in New York's game plan," Rapoport reported.
Rapoport also notes that Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary will be "mixing in situationally."

This is not a good matchup for Skattebo, as the Texans are giving up the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to backs this season.
We also know that Skattebo wasn't exactly effective before his benching, with the Giants rusher ranking as RB23 overall in fantasy points per game over the first five weeks, per Fantasy Pros .
With a bad matchup, his lackluster past production and the potential for two other backs to see work, Skattebo is a shaky option, at best, in Week 7.
Verdict: Sit
Makai Lemon start or sit advice

The Eagles are down a pair of pass-catchers in this game, with DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks both ruled out due to injury .
That puts Lemon at the forefront of the Eagles' passing attack, but even then, that's not enough to trust him in lineups.
Granted, this is a very soft matchup against a Dallas Cowboys defense giving up the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to wideouts this season, but Lemon ranks as WR84 overall, and he has to catch passes from Tanner McKee.
In Lemon's first game with McKee last week, he recorded three catches for 19 yards.
There just isn't enough past production to trust Lemon in lineups.
Verdict: Sit
