Feyenoord team news
Feyenoord receives a massive attacking boost ahead of their crucial Champions League clash at De Kuip, as both Shaqueel van Persie and Reiss Nelson have returned to full training and are fully available for selection.
However, manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst is facing a severe defensive crisis, with multiple key backline options ruled out. Bart Nieuwkoop and Jordan Bos are sidelined with knee injuries, Thomas Beelen is recovering from a broken leg, and both Jeremiah St. Juste and Gijs Smal are out due to ankle issues.
Additionally, midfielder Jakub Moder remains unavailable for this fixture. With these significant absences, the Dutch side is forced to field a heavily reshuffled defence, likely relying on a back four of Read, Watanabe, Mika Mármol, and Javi López to protect goalkeeper Ernst against the Italian giants.

Inter Milan team news
Inter Milan enters this fixture plagued by a severe squad depletion following their recent stinging 3-1 defeat in the Milan derby.
Manager Cristian Chivu faces a significant tactical headache due to a wave of muscular injuries and a key suspension. Lautaro Martínez is completely ruled out with a hamstring injury, severely dampening Inter's attacking threat.
The defensive ranks are also heavily hit; Alessandro Bastoni is suspended following a previous red card, while John Stones, Benjamin Pavard, Curtis Jones, and wing-back Luis Henrique are all out injured.
As a result, Josep Martínez is expected to start in goal behind a makeshift back three of Yann Bisseck, Manuel Akanji, and Carlos Augusto, while Marcus Thuram will lead the frontline alongside young forward Esposito.

Form
Feyenoord
Feyenoord is experiencing a dip in momentum, remaining winless in their last three outings across all competitions. Their recent domestic run includes consecutive 1-1 draws against PSV Eindhoven and Fortuna Sittard. In Europe, they have struggled on the road, losing 1-0 to Real Betis after an earlier 3-2 victory over Como. However, the Dutch side relies heavily on their formidable home record at De Kuip, where they remain completely undefeated this season.
Inter Milan
Inter Milan enters this match seeking redemption after a stinging 3-1 defeat to city rivals AC Milan. Prior to that derby loss, the Nerazzurri were in blistering form, putting together a four-match winning streak that included victories over Fiorentina, Venezia, and Bologna in Serie A. Their continental campaign has mirrored this inconsistency; they bounced back from a chaotic 4-3 loss against Club Brugge by grinding out a vital 1-0 home victory against Shakhtar Donetsk.
