Former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Easton Stick has found a new home in the AFC South, signing with the Indianapolis Colts earlier this week. The 30-year-old signed with the Falcons as a free agent last year but spent most of the season on the practice squad.
Despite playing well in the preseason, the veteran QB did not make the 53-man roster out of training camp. Stick appeared in all three of the team's preseason games, completing 54 of 78 passes for 520 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.
The Colts re-signed veteran Daniel Jones , but he is still working his way back from injury. Former No. 4 overall pick Anthony Richardson is still on the roster but his role is unclear after the team's attempts to trade him over the offseason.
Indianapolis signed Stick and released Seth Henigan in a corresponding move, so he should at least see the field in the 2026 NFL preseason with the Colts.
Since being drafted in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Stick has appeared in six games (four starts) and passed for 1,133 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
Five other members of last year's Falcons team remain unsigned in NFL free agency (see below).
