The Minnesota Vikings have a knack for being able to find wide receivers, develop them, and watch them produce in the system. One of those players took that production to cash in on free agency but ultimately fizzled out with his new team.
Fast forward a few extra months, and he finds himself a free agent once again.
Former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver K.J. Osborn was waived by the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Aug. 30. ESPN's Adam Schefter was the first to report the move.
In his Vikings career that went from 2020 to 2023, he accumulated 158 receptions, 1,845 receiving yards, and 15 touchdowns. In the one season he has played since then, he has just seven catches for 57 yards and one touchdown. Perhaps he is someone who could come back to the Vikings as a depth piece?
