The situation worsens with several additional absences.
Fellow former Inter midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is also out, along with Lusuardi , Esteves and Stengs .
The only boost comes from the likely return of Marius Marin , who should be available after his recent spell on the sidelines.
For Inter, the focus will be on managing rotation and maintaining momentum, but the Nerazzurri will face a Pisa side forced into improvisation.
Cuadrado's enforced absence removes one of the main threats on the flank and alters the tactical picture for Gilardino, who will need to reshape his wide areas once again.
The Colombian's reunion will have to wait, and Pisa enter Sunday's match carrying yet another unwelcome burden.
