The Giants just keep on taking hits on the injury-front.
OLB Chauncey Golstonis expected to remain sidelined for the rest of the regular season with a neck injury, according to ESPN's Jordan Raanan.
Golston landed on IR earlier this month after suffering the injury during Big Blue's win over the Cardinals.
The team had sent him for a second opinion that week, but the initial fear was that it would be a long-term issue.
The IR placement confirmed that he would be sidelined at least each of the next four weeks, and now it appears that it will cost him the rest of the year.
After a rough first season with the team Golston had emerged as one of their key contributors as part of their defensive line rotation, particularly in pass rushing packages.
He'd recorded a dozen tackles over the first four games of the season.
