PSV are facing growing concerns over Guus Til's fitness ahead of their Champions League trip to FC Porto after the midfielder reportedly suffered a migraine attack following a worrying fall during Saturday's 2-1 defeat to ADO Den Haag .

Til was forced off after an awkward collision with the ground, raising immediate concerns about his condition. Although he initially appeared to leave the pitch with a smile, PSV head coach Peter Bosz later revealed that the midfielder had experienced troubling symptoms.

According to Bosz, Til said he could no longer see anything after the incident. The midfielder also reportedly lay down on the team bus following the match, with the coach describing the episode as a migraine attack.

The update is a significant concern for PSV, who must now assess Til's condition before travelling to Portugal to face FC Porto on Tuesday.

Bosz Faces Uncertainty Over Til Ahead of Porto Clash

Til's condition adds to PSV's problems after a damaging away defeat against ADO. The Eindhoven side had taken the lead through Sven Mijnans but were reduced to ten men following his first-half dismissal before conceding twice to lose 2-1.

The result was another setback for Bosz's team, but Til's health is likely to be the more immediate concern as preparations begin for their Champions League fixture.

The midfielder's symptoms following the fall leave his availability for the Porto match uncertain. No definitive decision on his involvement has been provided, and his condition will need to be assessed before PSV can determine whether he is fit to play.

With PSV already dealing with several attacking absences, losing Til for the European fixture would represent another potential blow.

Armando Obispo Questions Impact of Mijnans Red Card

Defender Armando Obispo was visibly frustrated after the defeat, arguing that Mijnans' red card had fundamentally changed the match.

Speaking to ESPN after the game, Obispo insisted PSV had been performing well before the dismissal and had deservedly moved in front.

"It is incredible, but we really should believe it. That one did hurt," Obispo said.

The defender felt there had been little justification for the decisive change in circumstances, believing the dismissal had a major effect on the contest.

"That had a huge impact on the match. Until that moment, we're doing well in our game and we still come to take the lead," he added.

PSV had to reorganise after Mijnans was sent off, allowing ADO to enjoy more possession. However, Obispo maintained that his team had remained competitive and should have done enough to avoid defeat.

"If you're still level at 1-1 in the 92nd minute, then you can't lose the match anyway," he said, as quoted by PSV Inside .

ADO ultimately found a late winner to claim all three points, leaving PSV to reflect on a defeat that involved both a controversial red card and a worrying injury concern.

PSV Turn Attention to Porto

While the debate over Mijnans' dismissal is likely to continue, PSV must now focus on their Champions League meeting with Porto .

Bosz will need to monitor Til's recovery closely before deciding whether the midfielder can feature in Portugal. His reported vision problems and migraine attack make his condition an important issue for the club ahead of Tuesday's fixture.

After losing in The Hague, PSV have little time to dwell on the result. Their immediate priority is to establish the extent of Til's problem and determine which players will be available for a demanding European test.
