- Houston Texans Interested in Acquiring 3x Pro Bowl Lineman
The Houston Texans hit a home run when selecting C.J. Stroud with the second overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. He's drastically turned around the direction of the organization, helping them reach the playoffs three consecutive seasons for the first time in franchise history.
While Stroud is a special talent who's still just 24 years old, the offensive line has been a constant part of the discussion in Houston. Last offseason, the Texans overhauled their offensive line, and it predictably led to poor results, even if Stroud took a career-low 23 sacks.

Now, the Texans are looking to upgrade their offensive line, and they've already started by signing right tackle Braden Smith . But Houston may not be done addressing the problem.
According to KPRC2's Texans insider Aaron Wilson , the Texans have also expressed interest in signing three-time Pro Bowl guard Wyatt Teller . The 31-year-old has played right guard for the past seven seasons in Cleveland . Though, he began his career playing left guard for the Bills in his rookie season before being traded to Cleveland.
Teller's last Pro Bowl season came in 2023, which was also the last time he played all 17 games in a season. He's started 13 games in each of the past two seasons, but otherwise has been durable throughout his career.
For a Texans team that is still trying to find its best five offensive linemen, Teller could wind up being a part of the solution in 2026, though Wilson says there's nothing "pending or imminent" when it comes to signing with Houston.
