The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed two of their 2026 free agents.
The team announced on Monday that they have agreed to new deals with running back DeeJay Dallas and defensive lineman Matt Dickerson .
Dallas was signed by the Jaguars late in the season to provide running back depth when Bhayshul Tuten was sidelined. He appeared in one game on offense, carrying the ball twice for 21 yards. Dallas also handled kick return duties in Tuten's brief absence.
With uncertainty around Travis Etienne 's future with the team as he hits free agency, Dallas bolsters the position behind Tuten and LeQuint Allen .
Dickerson was on the Jaguars' practice squad initially, but his role expanded during the second half of the season, with him emerging as a regular member of the defensive tackle rotation.
Dickerson finished the season with four quarterback pressures, and he graded out well against the run by PFF's metrics .
Defensive tackle is a position that should be a top priority this offseason. Bringing back Dickerson won't stop Gladstone from further adding to this unit, but his presence provides some veteran stability to the back end of the depth chart.
