The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for a Monday night contest with the Chicago Bears .
This is an important game and will serve as a litmus test for both teams. The Bears went out and traded for star defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, while the Seahawks added star guard Quenton Nelson . It's clear both of these teams are going for it all in 2026.
The Seahawks are getting healthier at a key time. The running back room has been very banged up, as Zach Charbonnet has yet to play, and rookie Jadarian Price has been on injured reserve.
Well, we found out that Charbonnet is making his debut this week, but we didn't know much about Price until now. Since the rookie was on IR, the team would have to make a corresponding roster move to activate him.
That's indeed what ended up happening, as the Seahawks are activating Price.
Price to Play for the First Time In a Month

Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price (8) catches a pass during the first training camp at Virginia Mason Athletic Center on July 25, 2026.
For the first time this season, the Seahawks will have Price and Charbonnet available at the same time . NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday afternoon that Price had been officially activated.
This will be Price's first game in action since the end of September. The rookie will definitely want to have a fresh start considering his rookie campaign didn't get off to the cleanest start.
Price lost a couple of fumbles in the team's first three games and even got benched for a time. Price then suffered a chest injury that ended up being more serious than initially thought, which is why he's been out for a month .
Emanuel Wilson has done a decent job filling in, but there's no denying that Price and Charbonnet raise the ceiling. It will be interesting to see how the snaps are distributed. Charbonnet is no stranger to sharing snaps, as he ended with over 700 yards last season despite being behind Kenneth Walker III.
The Seahawks' running game will need all the help it can get tonight. The Bears allow the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game so far, so Price and Charbonnet will have their work cut out for them.
