Aaron Glennhas Mason Taylorcircled as a player to watch this season.
The young tight end was in the midst strong rookie showing with the Jets last year before being forced to shut down due to a lingering neck injury.

At the time, Taylor led the team in targets (65) and receptions (44). He featured in 13 of the team's 17 games.
After building chemistry with Geno Smithand working on his all-around game this offseason, the 22-year-old is feeling more confident heading into his second pro campaign.
"We're clicking a little faster as an offense," he said. "Especially for me, I feel like I'm way more confident at this point than I was last year -- it's just the experience and learning more each and every day, so it's been good."
That confidence has certainly been on display early-on this year.

Taylor has taken strides forward in both pass and run-protection, and he was one of Gang Green's most targeted players throughout training camp.
Whether or not that large role will carry into the season remains to be seen.
While New York has one of their deepest TE rooms in years, the young playmaker is confident that veteran offensive coordinator Frank Reichwill find ways to keep each of them involved.
"We all have a role, we all know our role," Taylor said. "Coach Reich is going to put us in areas to improve and help us win games, I'm really excited to see how we fit into our roles each week -- it's going to be a problem for defenses."

Rookie Kenyon Sadiqis still on track to return from injury for the season opener, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see Taylor take on more opportunities until he's fully built up.
And when Sadiq is a full-go, the duo could be featured in two tight-end sets.
