Juve ntus falls 0-2 at the Allianz Stadium against Como and sinks into an increasingly evident crisis.
The Larians dominate the match and win with a goal in each half: Vojvoda immediately takes advantage of another serious mistake by Di Gregorio, while Caqueret seals the game in the second half by finishing off a counterattack masterfully managed by Fabregas' team.
Spalletti's Bianconeri never really react, are loudly booed by the crowd, and create very few chances, with Koopmeiners hitting the post at the end as the only real threat.
For Fabregas' Como, this is a historic victory, their first at Juventus' ground in 75 years, and it dramatically puts the Larians back in the Champions League race: they are now just one point behind the Bianconeri.
The situation for Juve, on the other hand, is worrying: just one point in the last three Serie A games and, above all, only 46 points after 26 matchdays, their worst haul in the last 15 years.
Tomorrow, if Roma beats Cremonese , they can go +4 and further complicate Juventus' path, right on the eve of the direct clash scheduled at the Olimpico next Sunday, March 1st.
84th MINUTE -Juventus comes close to scoring with Teun Koopmeiners, who hits the post and nearly reopens the match.
The Dutchman goes straight for goal from a free kick and hits the woodwork.
The play continues with a cross from Conceicao finding David at the far post: the Canadian fails to find the net.
More bad news for Spalletti, who loses Locatelli ahead of Roma-Juventus on Sunday, March 1st.
The Bianconeri captain commits a foul on Kempf and is booked for dangerous play: he was already on a warning and will miss the big match at the Olimpico.
61st MINUTE -From a Juventus corner to a Como goal. Lethal counterattack by Fabregas' team, who neutralize the Bianconeri's corner and quickly turn defense into attack, finding the 2-0 goal.
The break is managed by Perrone , who rewards Da Cunha 's run: the captain exploits Caqueret's movement and evades Di Gregorio's challenge, with the Frenchman scoring into an empty net to double the lead.
The protest at the Stadium continues, with Bianconeri fans urging the players to show some grit in this difficult moment.
"Show some b..." and "We want 11 lions" are the chants directed at the players.
59th MINUTE -Blow for Como: Fabregas loses Martin Baturina .
Muscle problem for the Croatian midfielder: Sergi Roberto comes on in his place.
45th MINUTE -The first half ends with Como leading 1-0. Deafening boos at the Stadium from Bianconeri fans as Spalletti's Juventus leave the pitch.
38th MINUTE -Juventus makes a mistake playing out from the back, risking a lot and almost conceding a second goal.
The ball reaches Di Gregorio after a back pass, and the goalkeeper has to clear it with a header.
The ball lands at Como's captain, who shoots trying to surprise the Bianconeri keeper and hits the top of the crossbar.
22nd MINUTE -Huge chance wasted by Lois Openda .
Massive lapse by the Como defense, the former Leipzig player goes one-on-one with Butez but his chip is timid and ends up in the hands of the visiting goalkeeper, who comes out and neutralizes the Belgian's attempt.
11th MINUTE -Juventus confirms their negative trend and concedes a goal once again at the first shot on target: that's 13 goals conceded at the first attempt.
Ball lost by McKennie , with Douvikas recovering it and launching the counter, serving Vojvoda on the right.
The former Torino player enters the box, cuts inside onto his left, evading Koopmeiners' challenge, and shoots.
Di Gregorio's intervention is far from perfect: another mistake by the Juventus goalkeeper, who intervenes awkwardly and fails to prevent the ball from going in.
Luciano Spalletti, Juventus coach, spoke to DAZN microphones:
"Como are on the same level, partly because of the club's promising young players and partly because of the quality of a very capable coach like Fabregas. For us, given our recent results and our ambitions, we need to play a solid game, trading a bit of flair and creativity for the solidity needed to minimize unfavorable incidents."
Why Openda and not David?
"Sometimes we'll need to break quickly and Openda has those characteristics. David isn't feeling well and would risk having to come off before even half-time."
Cesc Fabregas spoke to DAZN microphones before the match against Juventus:
"I can't touch a player and I immediately apologized for what happened with Milan. I know I was wrong, but I'm very young and perfection doesn't exist."
