Marlins vs Cubs MLB Betting Preview, Analysis
Action PRO projects Tyler Phillips for 3.04 strikeouts this afternoon against the Cubs , giving us an excellent 15.0% edge when compared to his current prop line of over/under 3.5, which is good enough to tag the under with an A- grade in our system.

Phillips has only 99 Ks in 122 2/3 innings this season and is a reliever-turned-starter, with 17 of his 36 outings coming from the Marlins bullpen.
In this final regular-season week, he probably won't go long because of either precaution or performance, as his splits are much worse on the road, with a 4.83 away ERA compared to 2.49 at home.
Also, the Cubs scored three runs in five innings against him on September 6, and Phillips struck out only three batters then.
Phillips has gone under this line in his last three outings, with exactly the same amount: three strikeouts.
At plus money, let's fade him this afternoon on his strikeout line.
