Legendary MLB star Jimmy Rollins caused a lot of confusion when he posted an odd photo to his Instagram account earlier this week.
Rollins, 47, is one of the best shortstops in recent MLB history. He played in the majors from 2000 until 2016, winning a World Series in 2008 and making three All-Star Games, winning four Gold Gloves.
But he confused fans with an odd Instagram post, as many felt that he had likely been hacked.
But as it turns out, he was not hacked. Instead, he's an owner of a lingerie company.
"Okay everyone keeps texting and asking but I can't name names, what I can do is give a glimpse of @theprettykittyklub Fellas remember it's holiday season, get yourself a gift…for her 😜 and to all the Ladies comfy and sexy does exist, treat yourself and you can thank me later. (All the models and scenes are real, AI helped me edit 🤷🏾♂️)," he shared.
Rollins knows that he's been causing a stir.
"Texts like this lets us know that @theprettykittyklub is doing its job and saving sex lives one marriage at a time 😂."
MLB fans, though, are still weighing in online
MLB fans appear to be in favor of the business move, taking to his Instagram section.
"I had a lifesize poster of you on my wall as a kid. I guess this is what I'm getting my girl for xmas now😂," one fan joked.
"J Roll doing side quests. 🤣," one fan added.
"Is my 🐐 ok? I'm a guy but if World Series champion and Phillies legend j-roll says so I'll buy some," one fan added.
"J Roll you have had to have gotten hacked lol Change your password king," another fan wrote.
"Jimmy, blink if you're ok," one fan added.
Rollins, meanwhile, remains committed to the business, as he's been actively posting about it to his Instagram page.
