Monique Billings is making the most of the WNBA offseason. The Indiana Fever veteran forward shared a personal update on Instagram Tuesday, featuring a highlight reel from her vacation in Southeast Asia.
Billings showed clips of herself sampling a variety of street food, riding a motorcycle, and walking through the streets. The video also captured her on the beach and enjoying the view from her hotel balcony. Based on her geotag, this particular stop of her offseason trip was in Phuket, Thailand.
"Eating, praying, loving my way through Southeast Asia 🍜🥥🥭💌," Billings wrote.
The 6-foot-4 forward also spent some time in Singapore before heading to Thailand. In a more recent Instagram story , Billings shared some photos from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Billings enjoyed a solid first season with Indiana. The 30-year-old played in 43 regular-season games (with 31 starts), averaging 6.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 18.7 minutes.
She earned a key role in head coach Stephanie White's rotation and showed she can play power forward or center depending on the matchup.
Billings and the Fever qualified for the playoffs as the No. 6 seed. They finished the regular season with a franchise-best 28-16 record and faced the Las Vegas Aces in the first round. The team forced a winner-take-all Game 3 but ultimately lost, 94-83 .
Billings remains under contract with the Fever after she signed a two-year, $1.6 million deal in April. However, Indiana could have a new-look lineup in 2027 as some of its players enter unrestricted free agency, including Kelsey Mitchell and Sophie Cunningham.
