The game is won in the trenches. On both sides of the ball, it is imperative that you hit on your picks so they develop into long-term starters. We are going to start on offense by breaking down the top ten tackles, top five guards, and top five centers in the 2026 NFL Draft. First, the tackles:
-
1) Francis Mauigoa , Miami
-
2) Spencer Fano , Utah
-
3) Caleb Lomu , Utah
-
4) Blake Miller, Clemson
-
5) Max Iheanachor , Arizona State
-
6) Isaiah World , Oregon
-
7) Monroe Freeling , Georgia
-
8) Drew Shelton , Penn State
-
9) Dametrious Crownover , Texas A&M
-
10) Caleb Tiernan , Northwestern
No, you did not read it incorrectly. Kaydn Proctor did not make my top ten list for offensive tackles. Too many inconsistencies in his game and far too many things to clean up. Now, if he kicked inside to guard, this is a different conversation. The Utah boys go back-to-back, and I will likely be higher on Isaiah World than some, and that is alright with me.

Now to guards:
-
1) Vega Ioane, Penn State
-
2) Emmanuel Pregnon , Oregon
-
3) Gennings Dunker , Iowa
-
4) Chase Bisontis , Texas A&M
-
5) Keylan Rutledge, Georgia Tech
Vega Ioane is the best guard prospect we have seen since Quentin Nelson, and he might be better coming out. He is going to fall into the mid-teens and some GM will look like a genius landing a future All-Pro. 2-4 is a toss-up, but you get plus upside out of all three guys. You could make a case for any of those three guys being G2 in the class, and I would understand.
Finally, the centers.
-
1) Connor Lew , Auburn
-
2) Parker Brailsford , Alabama
-
3) Logan Jones , Iowa
-
4) Sam Hecht , Kansas State
-
5) Jake Slaughter , Florida
Had it not been for a late-season ACL tear, we would be talking about Connor Lew as a fringe first-round pick. Even with him rehabbing this injury, he is still my clear top center prospect in the class. Brailsford had a tumultuous season, but still landed at 2. I think 2-5 can eventually develop into starters, but will take time. With Lew, once healthy, he should compete for a starting job.
