The Carolina Panthers have several notable injury situations to keep an eye on in Week 3.
After the team's dominant win in Week 2 over the Falcons, it was revealed that several key players were banged up. Devin Lloyd , Nick Scott , Jalen Coker , and Jaelan Phillips all missed practice time this week, which is definitely concerning.
The Panthers are set to play the Browns in Week 3. Like the Panthers, the Browns are also coming off an impressive Week 2 win. It doesn't matter who you're playing, though; it's going to be tough when you have starters out.
Now, let's see what the Friday injury report revealed.

The following players were listed on Friday's report :
-
LB Claudin Cherelus - Shoulder- DNP- OUT
-
S Nick Scott- Rib- DNP- OUT
-
LB Devin Lloyd- Calf- DNP- OUT
-
DL Bobby Brown III- Back- Full
-
OLB Pat Jones II- Back- Full
-
TE Darren Waller - Rest- Full
-
OLB Jaelan Phillips- Back- Full
-
WR Jalen Coker- Ankle- LP- QUESTIONABLE
-
WR Xavier Legette - Knee- LP- QUESTIONABLE
Cherelus, Scott, and Lloyd are all out, which is not ideal. Lloyd, especially, is a huge loss, as he had one of the best games you'll ever see out of a linebacker in Week 2.
Cherelus also being out means the linebacker room is very thin. Bobby Okereke , Jackson Kuwatch, and Tyrel Dodson are the only healthy linebackers on the active roster.
Scott being out is disappointing, but we had a feeling this was coming. The Panthers signed Isaiah Simmons from the practice squad earlier this week, which was speculated to be in response to Scott's injury. In Week 3, the safeties will be Tre'von Moehrig, Simmons, Zakee Wheatley, and Lathan Ransom .
The other biggest concern is the receiver room. Both Jalen Coker and Xavier Legette are questionable. If both receivers can't go, the Panthers will be very thin. Tetairao McMillan, John Metchie III , and Brycen Tremayne would be the top options.
Be sure to come back here on Sunday to see who ends up being inactive for the Panthers.
