The Carolina Panthers will be without two key presences for their Week 7 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers .
Outside linebackers Jaelan Phillips and Thomas Incoom have been ruled out for Sunday's NFC South showdown. Phillips, Carolina's top starting edge defender, has been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury while Incoom, a special teams ace, is down due to a calf issue.
