The transfer window for college football is officially open, and Penn State is already making some moves to try and stabilize the roster. Penn State had a large number of players opt to explore their options in the transfer portal and the majority of its Class of 2026 had dismantled quickly after an in-season coaching change. That leaves plenty of room to work for Matt Campbell and his staff with the help of the transfer portal.
We will keep track of all of the transfer portal additions for Penn State with our updated transfer portal commitment tracker as commitments are confirmed.
