The Phillies' star slugger led the charge in a 13–7 victory on Monday. He launched two home runs and drove in three runs, marking the 37th multi-home run game of his career. His performance fueled an offensive surge at Citizens Bank Park as the Phillies got back to .500 on the year.
The matchup quickly tilted in Philadelphia 's favor. The lineup produced 15 hits and a season-high 13 runs. Schwarber set the tone with his power, while Cristopher Sanchez delivered six strong innings to help secure the win.
The victory carried added significance for the Phillies, who improved to 8–8 and steadied their position in the standings. More importantly, the performance reflected a mindset rooted in urgency, something players stressed after the game.
NBC Sports Philadelphia shared Schwarber's postgame comments on X, formerly Twitter, sharing his perspective despite the offensive explosion.

The message underscored that the team's recent success does not alter its broader focus. Even with a breakout performance, the Phillies remain committed to maintaining consistency and intensity.
The three-time All-Star's impact continues to anchor the lineup, as his ability to deliver in key moments provides Philadelphia with a reliable offensive presence.
The Phillies will aim to carry this momentum through the final two games of the series. Maintaining that urgency could play a key role in how quickly they climb the standings.
