A former defensive tackle of the Pittsburgh Steelers is looking for a new home.
The Las Vegas Raiders have waived former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Brodric Martin-Rhodes from injured reserve with an injury settlement, according to multiple reports .
Martin, 26, joined the Steelers last November when they signed him from the Kansas City Chiefs' practice squad . He appeared in one game for the Steelers, playing in 10 snaps of defense against the Buffalo Bills on Nov. 30, before being released in December.
Martin was then claimed off waivers by the Raiders, but his short stop in Las Vegas has now come to an end.
The 6-foot-5, 326-pound Martin was a third-round pick by the Detroit Lions out of Western Kentucky in 2023. Martin played in five games and made one start over his first two seasons in the NFL with the Lions.

A Tuscaloosa, Alabama native, Martin played three seasons at North Alabama before transferring to Western Kentucky for his final college season. At North Alabama, he played in all 25 games , starting 16 of them. He made 81 total tackles (37 solo, 44 assisted) with nine tackles for loss and two sacks, while also adding four pass breakups and two quarterback hurries.
At Western Kentucky, Martin started all 14 games for the Hilltoppers and recorded 31 tackles, including 1.5 sacks. Martin also forced a fumble, hurried the quarterback seven times throughout the year and broke up two passes.
At the end of the year, he was named C-USA Honorable Mention and earned an invite to the 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl, where he was scouted by the Steelers.
