The 3-0 Las Vegas Raiders are 3-0 for the first time since 2021, but Sunday's win came with a price. After a 35-27 comeback over the New Orleans Saints , head coach Klint Kubiak lost receiver Jack Bech to an injury. Las Vegas answered quickly on Monday with a new signing, and the move says a lot about what comes next for this offense.

The Raiders signed wide receiver Tyler Scott to the practice squad on Monday and released Ronnie Bell in a corresponding move. Bell joined the team early this year but never earned a clear role.
Bech suffered a broken forearm in the win at New Orleans . Kubiak said Kirk Cousins was throwing the ball away when a defender hit the receiver's forearm, and he was glad it was not a concussion.

Reports say Bech is headed to injured reserve and could miss at least four games, though no final roster call had been made Monday. The Raiders were already thin at receiver.
Kubiak told reporters: "But he'll be back. We'll get him back."
Cody White is already stepping in. He has been elevated from the practice squad in back-to-back weeks and has three touchdowns in those two games, including two against the Chargers in Week 2. His four-yard score put Las Vegas ahead 28-27 in the fourth quarter.
Brock Bowers returned in the same game with 10 catches for 116 yards, and Kubiak said White may be signed from the practice squad while Bech is out.
Scott is the new face in the room, and his own road to Las Vegas is a story worth telling.
Tyler Scott's path to Las Vegas runs through Kubiak
Scott is 24 and has moved around quickly. Chicago picked him 133rd overall in 2023 after he caught 54 passes for 899 yards and nine touchdowns at Cincinnati . Speed was his best tool, backed by a 4.4-range 40-yard dash at the combine.
In 2024 he played 11 games for the Bears, catching one pass for five yards and returning eight kicks for 207 yards. Chicago let him go before last season, and he later passed through the Colts, Seahawks and Rams.

The Seattle stop lasted only two weeks, but it put him in Kubiak's building. The Rams cut him on Aug. 30, and Las Vegas gave him another chance.
Once he learns the playbook, Scott could join White as an elevation candidate. His first real test comes Sunday, when this thinner receiver room faces Kansas City .
The 3-0 Raiders host the 3-0 Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday with first place in the AFC West at stake. Kansas City beat Miami 24-10, per the Chiefs' win over the Dolphins . Las Vegas won the last meeting 14-12 in January, now without Bech.
