- Ravens beat out the Broncos for UDFA special teams ace Dominic DeLuca
The Baltimore Ravens continue to bolster their roster with high-character standouts, signing Dom DeLuca after a strong push from the Denver Broncos . A former walk-on at Penn State Nittany Lions , DeLuca carved out an impressive collegiate career, earning two-time team captain honors while developing into one of the most respected leaders in the locker room.
DeLuca leaves Penn State as one of the most decorated special teams players in program history . Known for his relentless motor, instincts, and physicality, he projects as an immediate contributor in the third phase for Baltimore — a franchise that has long prioritized special teams excellence. His ability to win in coverage units and bring consistent energy should give him a strong chance to carve out a role early while continuing to develop defensively.
An undersized linebacker, DeLuca played in 13 games in 2025, tallying 66 total tackles (35 solo), two sacks, seven tackles for losses, and three pass deflections. Overall, he logged 164 total tackles (91 solo), 17.5 TFLs, 4.5 sacks, eight pass deflections, two forced fumbles, and five interceptions (two for touchdowns) in his Penn State career.
