The rest of Worcester’s coaching staff remains the same with Chad Tracy returning as manager, Dan DeLucia returning as pitching coach, Noah Junis returning as bullpen coach, Collin Hetzler returning as hitting coach and Iggy Suarez returning as defensive coach.
The Red Sox also hired three former Driveline employees: Elijah Boyer to serve as Portland assistant hitting coach, Cody Gracco to serve as Greenville assistant hitting coach and Ivan Quackenbush to serve as Low-A Salem assistant hitting coach.
Driveline Baseball is a data-driven baseball player development organization with facilities in Kent, Wash., Scottsdale, Ariz. and Tampa, Fla.
The Red Sox also officially announced Ben Buck as new director of pitching and Quinn Cleary as new assistant director of pitching.

Buck was promoted from pitching coordinator. He replaces Justin Willard who the Mets hired as their pitching coach in November. Cleary previously worked as pitching coordinator in the Seattle Mariners organization.
Former University of Charleston and Eastern Michigan head coach Robbie Britt has been hired as minor league field coordinator.
JP Fasone, another former Driveline employee, has been promoted from Greenville’s hitting coach to hitting coordinator.
Jarrett Pico will replace Fasone as Greenville’s hitting coach after previously serving as the Florida Complex League hitting coach.
