So, let's be honest: This isn't the most fascinating of college football games in Week 6 — or any week for that matter.
However, here at Action, we're looking for the best value regardless of the storylines, buzz or team records.
In this particular spot, in a battle between two 1-4 teams, our very own Evan Abrams has a Bet Labs Sports Insights system that likes the under.
This system — called "Windy 1H Unders" — has a 4% return on investment (ROI) all-time and a strong 16% ROI this season alone (8-5-1 record in 2026).
In college football, windy conditions have long been an equalizer, especially in the first half when teams are still settling into rhythm.
The Windy First Half Unders system takes advantage of how strong winds disrupt passing accuracy, limit explosive plays, and force offenses to lean more heavily on the run.
With average wind speeds climbing above eleven miles per hour, deep throws become risky and special teams often struggle to flip field position.
As the market reacts and totals drop from open to close, value emerges on the under before halftime when adjustments have yet to be made.
This angle captures how nature itself can suppress scoring, particularly early, before fatigue or desperation shifts play calling.
Pick: Under 43.5
