The Seattle Seahawks are on top of the world after their 29-13 victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX, and the congratulatory messages are pouring in from the highest of places. Among the chorus of praise, former President Barack Obama took to social media to give the new champions their flowers, highlighting the incredible storylines that defined this championship run.

"Congratulations to the Super Bowl champion @Seahawks!" Obama posted on X. "This defense was special. MVP Kenneth Walker was dominant. And Sam Darnold gave us one of the best comeback stories in a long time. Enjoy the celebration."
The "special" defense Obama referenced was exactly that on Sunday. Mike Macdonald's unit suffocated the Patriots , racking up seven sacks and two interceptions. They held New England scoreless for the entire first half, setting the tone for a dominant night at Levi's Stadium.
On the offensive side, the former President hit the nail on the head regarding Kenneth Walker III . The star running back was an absolute workhorse, carrying the ball 27 times for 135 yards and adding 26 receiving yards. His ability to churn out yards and keep the clock moving earned him the Super Bowl MVP trophy, cementing his status as the engine of the Seattle Seahawks ' offense.
Then there is the Sam Darnold redemption arc . After years of being written off, Darnold led the Seahawks through a historic postseason where the team did not commit a single turnover. He finished the Super Bowl 19-of-38 for 197 yards, playing clean, winning football when it mattered most.
