🚨 A Spanish football icon lands at Oviedo out of the blue

The club have turned to an experienced attacker to ease the injury problems affecting almost all of their strikers.

The arrival of the Madrid-born player is a response to a sporting emergency: the Blues have been left short of options up front. Morales arrives on a one-season contract.
At 39, Morales is a Spanish football classic and a cult player. He came through at ADC Parla and Fuenlabrada, won promotion with Eibar, captained Levante, and went on to play for Villarreal, where he scored 25 goals in two seasons.
His second spell at Levante ended with 83 goals and 46 assists, figures that make him the all-time top scorer in the Valencian club's history. He brings experience, charisma and goals to Oviedo at a time when the squad needs all three.
