Pittsburgh Steelers edge rusher T.J. Watt has been making waves on social media, all thanks to a diet reveal that has since gone viral.
According to the popular news aggregator MLFootball, T.J. Watt has been eating the same breakfast for the last five years, exemplifying his dedication. The meal includes 1.5 cups of oatmeal, four eggs, sausage, and additional protein. What's even more astonishing is that he tries to consume around 7,000–8,000 calories per day.
Watt may need to switch things up, however, as his play began to show signs of overall decline, and he battled multiple injury and health concerns last season.
Watt's viral diet is a welcome change of pace, as Pittsburgh's superstar had recently found himself in the news cycle regarding trade speculation ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, which, to say the least, is far from ideal.
